We want you to absolutely love your purchase from The Perfect Carat. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy on loose diamonds.
You’ll have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Custom designs, made to order pieces, and any completed jewelry settings are final sale and not eligible for return.
To qualify for a return, your loose diamond or gemstone must be:
* In the same condition you received it
* Unused and unmounted
* In its original packaging
* Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@theperfectcarat.com so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Ring Sizing Policy
Getting your size right from the start is key since each ring is made just for you. We’re unable to resize custom made rings once production has started unless there was an error on our end.
Before we begin crafting your ring, we strongly recommend confirming your size by:
* Visiting a local jeweler for a professional measurement, or
* Using a reliable at home ring sizer
Taking a few extra minutes to double check your size ensures your ring fits perfectly and avoids unnecessary delays or costs later.
